Is Holloway Investments taking new clients?

Yes! The first meeting is complimentary and is a time to get to know each other. We consider it a “fact finding” meeting. We ask you a series of questions to better understand your financial goals. It gives you time to learn how our service works. 

Is there a minimum investment?

No, we don’t have a minimum investment. The criteria we use are different than most firms: If we can make a difference and create value in your financial journey we want to be there to help you.

How do I set up an appointment?

How do I go paperless?

Our online eQuipt portal will allow you to control your paperless options. When you log in, there a green “Go Paperless” button in the top right-hand side. For eQuipt access, you may contact our office or follow the instructions in this eQuipt Client Guide. Please visit our Private Client Login page to access your portals. 

Please note we also have a OneView online portal that will provide an overview of all your accounts. For OneView access, please contact our office at 318-383-3700.

How do I reset my account password?

To reset your OneView password, please contact us at 318-383-3700, and we will reset it for you. If you forgot your OneView username, please contact us. 

To reset your eQuipt password simply click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the prompts. Be prepared to answer a security question or have an access code sent to you via email or text message. If you forgot your username, simply click “Forgot Username” and enter your email address to have it emailed to you. 

How do I change my address?

Simply call or email us with your new address and we will change it in all our systems for you! If you email, we will give you a quick phone call to verify you requested the change! 

When will my tax documents be ready?

Your tax documents will begin to be mailed out by January 31st by Pershing. However, some issuers do not make their tax information available until after January. You will have your tax documents by March 15th. We will notify you of any last minute changes a mutual fund may make. 

How do I transfer my accounts to your management?

Set an appointment with us and once we accept you as a client we will do the “leg work for you” and prepare the transfers for you to sign.
